随着世界多元化和世界经济一体化的发展趋势,尤其是在中国加入WTO组织后,我国的经济发展更进一步的融入国际市场中,越来越多的工程加入到国际工程的竞争市场,而国际投标作为一种成熟、规范化的国际贸易手段也顺理成章的成为我国商品、劳务打入国际市场的强有力手段。国际投标的竞争胜负由两个因素决定:投标商的实力和投标策略,其中投标策略是关键环节。即使你拥有最优秀的投标团队和最缜密的投标计划,没有恰当的投标策略一切努力都是白费!而如何在日益激烈的国际投标竞争中投标获胜是重中之重。由此可见,研究国际工程的投标策略尤其重要,本文就投标团队要求、投标项目选择、报价问题及联合体投标、标前考察及会议等几个方面分析了目前国际工程中常见的投标策略。
With the development trend of world diversification and world economic integration, especially after China’s accession to the WTO, our country’s economic development is further integrated into the international market. More and more engineering projects have joined the international engineering market. However, International bidding as a mature and standardized means of international trade is also a logical means to become a powerful means for our country’s goods and services to enter the international market. The competitive outcome of international bidding is determined by two factors: the bidder’s strength and bidding strategy, of which the bidding strategy is the key link. Even if you have the best bidding team and the most meticulous bidding plan, you will not be able to make every effort without a proper bidding strategy. How to win the bidding in the increasingly fierce international bidding competition is of utmost importance. Therefore, it is particularly important to study the bidding strategy of international engineering. This paper analyzes the common bidding strategies in international projects in terms of bidding team requirements, bidding project selection, quotation issues, consortium bidding, pre-standard survey and conference.
