“规范”与“有效”是衡量教师教学行为发展的两个最重要的指标。强调规范与有效的教师教学行为,直接指向教师教学过程中行为方式的观察、诊断与矫正。教师教学行为规范越科学,教师的教学工作就越有效。教学行为的规范和有效是辩证的统一。
“Specification ” and “Effective ” are the two most important indicators to measure the development of teachers’ teaching behavior. Emphasize the normative and effective teacher teaching behavior, pointing directly to the observation, diagnosis and correction of the behavior way in the process of teacher teaching. The more standardized the teaching behavior of teachers, the more effective the teachers’ teaching work. The standard and effective teaching behavior is dialectical unity.
