在某钢厂120 t转炉采取“留渣双渣”新工艺进行试验生产,对生产数据进行分析,并与常规原工艺进行对比,结果表明:在铁水w(P)为0.12%条件下,新工艺TSC时刻w(C)为0.45%,w(P)为0.023%,脱磷率为81.45%,高于原工艺的78.86%;冶炼终点钢水中w(C)为0.12%,w(P)为0.013%,脱磷率为89.52%,与原工艺相当。表观金属料消耗降低5 kg/t,但冶炼周期延长约5 min。
In the 120 t converter of a steel mill, the “slag-free and double-residue” new process was adopted to conduct trial production. The production data were analyzed and compared with the conventional process.
