开展了降低海绵钛致密度的优化试验,研究了加料速度、反应温度、液面高度以及加料方式对海绵钛致密度的影响。结果表明:采用多点布料和降低料速,海绵钛产品的平均装桶率可达到63.0%和62.6%;还原温度降低100℃和还原液面降低150 mm条件下,装桶率可达到61.3%和61.2%。试验所得产品符合国标中0级品的标准。SEM图像表明试验产品仍保持了原有的层状海绵结构。
The optimum test for reducing the density of sponge titanium was carried out. The effects of feed rate, reaction temperature, liquid level and feeding mode on the density of sponge titanium were studied. The results showed that the average barrel filling rate of sponge titanium products can reach 63.0% and 62.6% with multi-point cloths and reducing the material speed. The barrel filling rate can reach 61.3% under the condition of reducing the reduction temperature by 100 ℃ and reducing the liquid surface by 150 mm, And 61.2%. Test products obtained in line with the national standard 0 in the standard. SEM images show that the test product still retains the original layered sponge structure.
