目的了解惠州市区各级医疗卫生单位消毒效果,为科学指导医疗机构消毒工作,预防和控制院内感染提供科学依据。方法按卫生部《消毒技术规范》方法和相关标准要求,于2008年对当地市、县(区)、乡镇、个体四级医疗卫生单位进行了消毒效果监测。结果共监测上述单位使用中的灭菌医疗用品、使用中消毒液、无菌器械浸泡液、空气中细菌含量、医务人员手、病房物体表面、压力蒸汽灭菌器共7个项目,各种样品共4540份。市、县(区)、乡镇和个体四级单位的总合格率分别为92.43%、90.10%、90.18%、91.56%,四者之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);7类样品中合格率最高的是使用中消毒剂(98.57%),最低的是空气中细菌含量(60.06%)。结论惠州市各级医疗卫生单位消毒效果水平相当,但乡镇及个体单位仍是今后消毒监测的重点,同时,各类项目消毒效果不平衡,应特别加强空气消毒工作的落实。
Objective To understand the disinfection effect of medical and health units at all levels in Huizhou city and provide a scientific basis for scientific guidance on disinfection of medical institutions and prevention and control of nosocomial infections. Methods According to the “Technical Specifications for Disinfection” of the Ministry of Health and the requirements of related standards, the disinfection monitoring was carried out in 2008 on the level IV disinfection of local health care units in cities, counties (districts), towns and villages. Results A total of 7 items of sterilized medical supplies, in-use disinfectant, sterile equipment soaking solution, airborne bacteria content, medical staff hands, ward objects surface and pressure steam sterilizer were monitored in the above units. Various samples A total of 4540 copies. The total pass rates of city, county (district), township and individual level 4 units were 92.43%, 90.10%, 90.18% and 91.56%, respectively. There was no significant difference among the four groups (P> 0.05) In the highest pass rate is the use of disinfectants (98.57%), the lowest is the airborne bacteria content (60.06%). Conclusion The levels of disinfection in medical and health units at all levels are similar in Huizhou City. However, the township and individual units are still the focus of disinfection monitoring in the future. Meanwhile, the disinfection effects of various projects are not balanced, and the implementation of air disinfection should be especially strengthened.
