作为阴道避孕药对盐酸异丙嗪的毒理和安全性进行研究,以冀进一步评估其临床应用价值。向实验组金黄地鼠阴道灌入异丙嗪(10g/L)0.1m l,每日1 次,20d 后取阴道上皮作组织切片,光镜观察形态学变化,未见有损伤和炎症反应。PAS反应染色呈强阳性,对上皮细胞的糖原合成无影响。经乳酸杆菌培养药敏试验,该药对乳酸杆菌的生长无抑制作用。SD孕鼠的7~15d,每日灌服11m g/kg 药物,未见胚胎毒和畸胎毒效应。表明该药安全可靠,对临床推广应用有重要价值
