目的规范基层医院手术室的药品管理,保证患者术中用药安全。方法对手术室常用药品和急救药品采用数字编号管理方法,将每种药品用数字编号,按序放置,采取固定药品基数,循环运作的方式,并制定严格的药品管理制度。结果采用药品数字编号管理5年,共完成手术13587例次,使用药品86410支,其中常用药品70680支,急救药品15730支,均安全用药,使用中未发生护理差错事故。结论基层医院手术室药品的数字编号管理能保证患者术中用药安全,提高工作效率,减少护理差错的发生,提高手术室护理管理质量。 Objective To standardize the management of drugs in the operating room of grass-roots hospitals so as to ensure the safety of patients during operation. Methods The commonly used drugs and emergency drugs in the operating room were numerically numbered and placed in numerical order using a numerical number management method. A fixed drug base and a cyclic operation were adopted, and a strict drug administration system was established. Results The number of drugs was administered for 5 years. A total of 13 587 procedures were completed and 87,410 medicines were used. Among them, 70680 commonly used medicines and 15,730 first-aid medicines were used safely. There was no accidental nursing mistake in use. Conclusions Digital number management of operating room drugs in primary hospitals can ensure the medication safety during operation, improve work efficiency, reduce the occurrence of nursing errors and improve the quality of nursing management in operating theaters.
