轴承套圈余热退火辊底炉生产线是一高度机械化自动化的特大型加热设备。由于受厂房长度限制,设计成长方形的闭环结构,这是本设计的特点之一。从热镦机出来的红热套圈进入料筐,以及热处理各工序的进行、料筐内套圈的翻卸、空料筐的返回等各个阶段全自动运行,构成一热处理生产线的闭环系统。由于是热装炉,可显著节约能源。本生产线另一特点是,加热段采用煤气辐射管加热,而控制降温段和球化段则采用电热辐射管加热,这可显著降低电能消耗。
Bearing ring heat annealing roller hearth furnace production line is a highly mechanized automation of large heating equipment. Due to the length of the plant, designed as a rectangular closed-loop structure, which is one of the characteristics of this design. From the hot forging machine out of the red ring into the material basket, as well as the heat treatment process carried out, the basket within the ring dump, empty basket return all stages of the automatic operation to form a heat treatment production line closed-loop system. Because it is hot charging furnace, can significantly save energy. Another feature of this production line is that the heating section is heated by the gas radiant tube while the cooling section and the nodular section are heated by the radiant tube, which can significantly reduce the power consumption.
