目的:比较乌鳖颗粒不同工艺对去卵巢大鼠激素水平的影响。方法:取雌性SD大鼠70只,除正常对照组10只外,其余60只手术摘除双侧卵巢,手术后两周,将去卵巢的60只大鼠随机分为模型组、六味地黄丸组、乌鳖口服液组、乌鳖颗粒(工艺A)组、乌鳖颗粒(工艺B)组、乌鳖颗粒(工艺C)组,每组10只。给药4周后,眼眶静脉取血,采用放免法分析血清E2、FSH、LH水平。并且利用TTC还原法测定大鼠阴道雌激素活性。结果:乌鳖颗粒工艺A组,乌鳖颗粒工艺B组均可使卵巢摘除大鼠血清E2水平增高,乌鳖颗粒工艺B对FSH水平也具有促进作用,与模型组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05)。比较TTC水溶液注入阴道后反应提取物的OD值,乌鳖颗粒工艺A组对大鼠阴道雌激素活性具有促进作用,与模型组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:乌鳖颗粒3个工艺中,工艺A和工艺B具有雌激素样作用,能提高大鼠血中E水平。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects of different treatment of Ulmus pumila on hormone levels in ovariectomized rats. Methods: Seventy female Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into model group and control group. Sixty female SD rats were randomly divided into model group, Liuweidihuangwan group , Turtle oral liquid group, turtle granule (group A), turtle turtle group (group B) and turtle turtle group (group C), with 10 rats in each group. After 4 weeks of administration, orbital venous blood was collected and radioimmunoassay was used to analyze serum E2, FSH and LH levels. And vaginal estrogen activity was measured by TTC reduction method. Results: The results showed that the serum E2 level in ovariectomized rats increased significantly in group A and group B, and that in group B and group B had a significant effect on the FSH level (P <0.01, P <0.05). Comparing the OD value of TTC aqueous solution injected into the vagina after vaginal administration, the group A of turtle granule has a promoting effect on vaginal estrogen activity in rats, which has significant difference compared with the model group (P <0.01). Conclusion: There are estrogen-like effects of Artemether A and Arteme B in the three process of Wumei granule, which can increase the level of E in blood of rats.
