采用计算机技术,通过对燃料元件的包壳厚度进行实时数据采集以及对这些实时数据的分析和处理,提取出大量反映燃料元件包亮特征的数字信息;并用反映实体的图形以及反映厚度变化的参数曲线、形象、直观、实时地显示出燃料元件包壳的厚度变化,同时自动判别燃料元件包壳的厚度是否合格。大大降低了检测人员的工作强度,提高了燃料元件包壳厚度判别的准确率。
Using computer technology, a large number of digital information reflecting the bright characteristics of the fuel element is extracted through real-time data acquisition of the cladding thickness of the fuel element and the analysis and processing of these real-time data; and the pattern reflecting the entity and the parameters reflecting the change of the thickness Curve, image, intuitive, real-time display of fuel cell cladding thickness changes, while automatically determine the thickness of the fuel cell cladding is qualified.
