前言 PKS—4是陈志新同志根据共轭曲面原理提出的不用刀倾刀转机构和不用滚比变性机构,用滚切法加工准双曲面齿轮的一种新方法。(PKS—是汉语拼音,普(pū)、有控(kóng)、双(shuang)三个字的缩写,意思即是“普通有控点接触双曲线齿轮”;4——表示第四种加工方法,即无刀倾又无滚比变性机构的加工方法)。关于这种方法的原理在“共轭曲面原理”中册和PKS—4计算卡中已有介绍,这里不再烦述。现将我们对PKS—4的试算和试切过程发现的一些规律和现象初步总结一下供使用PKS—4的同志参考。应当说明,我们对PKS—4的试验研究仅是开始,只计算和试切一种齿轮,所得的规律也有一定局限性,对其中很多规律性的东西还有待进一步探索。但目前所得到的这些参数变化规律还是能反映出PKS—4有关参数间的变化趋向。
