随着改革开放的不断深入和现代文明的不断进步与发展,语言的运用愈来愈显示其重要性与艺术性。接访是处理信访问题的第一步,如果接访者不讲究语言艺术,对来访者冷漠蛮横或者不负责任的信口开河,不但不能解决问题,还会激起来访者更大的不满情绪,引发越级上访或其他不利的后果。因此把语言接待艺术运用到企业信访接待工作中去显得非常重要。作为一名企业信访工作者,结合近几年的工作实践,就如何用坚持以人为本的理念,提高信访接待艺术,做好信访接待工作谈几点粗浅的看法。
