以高中乒乓球选项课学生为研究对象,在高中乒乓球选项课教学中进行多球教学法的实验研究,结果表明:实验班在技术方面明显优于对照班,多球教学法比常规教学法更有利于提高学生的乒乓球技术水平,同时多球教学法有利于学生形成动力定型,有利于形成正确的动作技术概念,有利于培养学生团体合作精神,提高学生对乒乓球的兴趣等。
Taking the high school table tennis elective class students as the research object, an experimental study of the multi-ball teaching method in the high school table tennis elective course teaching was conducted. The results show that: the experimental class is obviously superior to the control class in terms of technology, and the multi-ball teaching method is more common than the conventional teaching method. It is more conducive to the improvement of students’ table tennis skills. At the same time, the multi-ball teaching method is conducive to students forming dynamic stereotypes, is conducive to the formation of correct concepts of movement techniques, is conducive to the development of student group cooperation spirit, and improves students’ interest in table tennis.
