抽油机减速器在现场运转过程中,常因外部工作环境的影响和内部一些因素的制约,出现漏油、齿轮损坏、串轴和轴承损坏等故障。通过对这些问题的分析和研究,提出了从设计、制造、使用和维护保养等几个环节来保障减速器正常、高效运转的方法和建议,并对部分结构,加密封圈、输入轴轴承处和回油孔等,提出了改进设想,为现场修复减速器、寻找故障原因提供了理论依据。
