时下,各个厂商的宣传中,关键词永远是“性能”,抢眼点永远是“方案”。“培训”在观念中通常是一个副产品,是属于上了新系统而不得不普及的“义务教育”。相比于大家在上系统的计划阶段风风火火地关注选型,培训问题被提到经常要等到系统使用出现麻烦的时候——或者员工不愿意使用新系统,或者有人不适应新调整的工作流程等等,不一而足。广义来说,培训是实行任何调整时,企业必须要考虑的事情,这完全可以证明其对于企业发展的重要意义,因此我们没有道理仅在陷入困境的时候才想到它。究竟培训问题在企业信息化过程中应该占有什么样的地位,它扮演着什么样的角色?我们可以从哪些方面理解和优化我们的培训?又有什么样的问题值得战略决策者关注?就企业信息化项目培训的相关话题,我们请到雅戈尔集团副CIO肖利华、神州数码教育学院执行院长孙满弟和美国艾昂管理咨询有限公司中国区总经理吴秋枫共同进行了探讨。
