紧扣悬挂钢支撑结构的力学特性、精度控制需求和安全保障等工程实际需求,对“钢结构幕墙一体化管理技术、施工预变形分析及控制技术、弯轨行走式塔吊实施技术、整体悬挂式升降平台实施技术”等施工关键技术进行了阐述。研究成果在上海中心大厦外幕墙系统工程中得到了成功的应用,同时也将为今后悬挂钢结构和幕墙支承钢结构施工技术的发展提供技术手段和参考资料。
Closely linked with the mechanical properties of suspended steel support structure, precision control needs and safety and other actual engineering needs, the “integrated management of steel curtain wall technology, pre-deformation analysis and control technology, curved rail walking crane technology, the overall suspension Lifting Platform Implementation Technology ”and other construction key technologies were described. The research results have been successfully applied in the exterior curtain wall system construction of Shanghai Central Tower and will also provide technical means and reference materials for the future development of the steel structure and curtain wall supporting steel structure construction technology.
