年产1万吨氯醇管道反应器装置已在上海高桥石化公司化工建成。该装置由高桥公司、华东理工大学和上海医药设计院共同开发,项目总投资为960万元。该管道反应器在运转过程中显示出许多优越性能,与老装置相比,安全性高、操作简单,每生产1吨产品主要原料丙烯利氯气单耗分别下降23千克和80千克。前该公司在产量达到原设计值后又进一步改进装置,使产量超过设计值30%。
An annual output of 10,000 tons of chlorohydrin pipeline reactor has been completed in Shanghai Gaoqiao Petrochemical Company. The device was jointly developed by Gaoqiao Company, East China University of Science and Technology and Shanghai Pharmaceutical Design Institute. The total investment of the project is 9.6 million yuan. The pipe reactor showed many superior performance during operation. Compared with the old device, the safety was high and the operation was simple. The unit consumption of propylene chlorinated gas, which is the main raw material for producing one ton of product, decreased by 23 kg and 80 kg, respectively. The former company further improved the device after the output reached the original design value, so that the output exceeded the design value by 30%.
