通过室内外调查、饲养 ,观察了侧多食跗线螨 (PolyphagotarsonemuslatusBanks)各个螨态的形态特征和生物学特性 ,并在 2 5℃、相对湿度 85%～ 90 %条件下 ,研究了该螨各螨态的发育历期、死亡率、成螨的产卵繁殖等特性。结果表明 ,该螨完成一个世代需 ( 6 13± 1 2 9)d ;存活率高 ,卵孵化率为 10 0 % ,幼螨存活率为 97 5% ,若螨存活率为 97 4 % ;产卵量大 ,每雌日均卵量为 ( 1 67± 0 61)头 ,总卵量为 ( 31 2 4± 8 32 )头 ,性比 (雌∶雄 )为 3 11∶1,该螨天敌资源丰富
The morphological characteristics and biological characteristics of each mite state of Polyphagotarsonemuslatus Banks were observed and investigated by indoor and outdoor surveys. The mites were studied at 25 ℃ and 85% -90% relative humidity Mite state of the developmental period, mortality, oviposition of adult mites and other characteristics.
