本文研究了咪唑和乙酰丙酮过渡金属络合物对氰酸酯与环氧树脂体系共固化反应行为的影响,应用DSC、FT-IR初步探索了在乙酰丙酮络合物促进作用下氰酸酯与环氧树脂体系的共固化反应机理,结果表明:加入促进剂可明显促进体系的共固化反应,降低反应温度,缩短反应时间,其反应机理:首先氰酸酯发生自聚反应形成二聚体及三嗪结构;然后二聚体可进一步反应形成三嗪,同时亦存在环氧树脂的聚醚反应;最后是三嗪环开环与剩余的环氧树脂反应形成唑烷酮结构,最终树脂固化物中含有三嗪环,唑烷酮环及聚醚结构。
In this paper, the effects of transition metal complexes of imidazole and acetylacetone on the co-curing reaction of cyanate and epoxy resin were studied. The effects of cyanate ester and FT-IR on the co- Epoxy resin system, the results show that: the addition of accelerator can significantly promote the system of co-curing reaction, lower the reaction temperature, shorten the reaction time, the reaction mechanism: First, the occurrence of self-polymerization cyanate dimer and Triazine structure; and then the dimer can be further reacted to form a triazine, polyether reaction of the epoxy resin is also present; finally, the triazine ring is opened to react with the remaining epoxy resin to form an oxazolidone structure, and the final resin cured product Contains triazine ring, oxazolidone ring and polyether structure.
