作者用L-[1-~(13)C]-亮氨酸体内示踪的方法测定6只烫伤兔总体蛋白质动力学变化。结果表明兔在受到15%三度烫伤后48小时,总体蛋白质代谢的流量(Q)、合成速度(S)和分解速度(C)分别是对照兔的2、2.2和2.6倍。烫伤兔Q、S、C都与摄入蛋白量(I)有正相关性(r=0.98,P<0.01;r=0.92,P<0.01;r=0.83,P<0.05),对照兔仅Q与I,S与I之间有相关性(r=0.89,P<0.05;r=0.81,P<0.05),C与I无显著相关(r=-0.16,P>0.05)。两组动物随着摄入蛋白量增加,净蛋白合成率线性上升(r=0.97,P<0.01;r=0.92,P<0.01)。
The authors used L [1- ~ (13) C] -leucine in vivo tracing method to measure the overall protein dynamics in six scalded rabbits. The results showed that the total protein metabolic flux (Q), synthesis rate (S) and decomposition rate (C) of rabbits were 2,2.2 and 2.6 times higher than that of the control rabbits, respectively, 48 h after the 15% third scald. There was a positive correlation between Q, S and C in scald rabbits and the amount of protein I ingested (r = 0.98, P <0.01; r = 0.92, P <0.01; (R = 0.89, P <0.05; r = 0.81, P <0.05). There was no significant correlation between C and I (r = -0.16, P> 0.05). The protein synthesis rate increased linearly with increasing intake of protein in both groups (r = 0.97, P <0.01; r = 0.92, P <0.01).
