一、成瘾的意义饮食、行走、排泄、言谈及性生活等日常活动都有一个学习及习惯的过程,可以说生活是由习惯构成的。但是,有时不良的习惯却可置人于险境。日野原氏认为诸如糖尿病、高血压、肥胖病等均可看成是习惯病,也就是习惯的差错的结果。作者作为一名精神病科医生对此看法很感兴趣,也很受启发,因为就确定一个摆脱这种错误习惯的医疗体系来讲,如从精神病学角度出发大概可以做很多工作。所谓成瘾就是习惯病,是指无论如何也要进行某种习惯工作。即本来是有目的性的很合适的一系列行动,因为缺乏恰当的自身调节机
