目的探讨血清胆固醇(TCH)和尿酸(UA)的变化在2型糖尿病患者中的意义。方法采用全自动生化分析仪,将120例T2DM按照有无并发症患者分为三组(A组为T2DM无并发症,B组为T2DM合并微血管病变,C组为T2DM合并大血管病变),检测血清胆固醇和尿酸水平,并与100例健康对照组进行比较分析。结果血清UA含量A、B、C组显著高于对照组(P<0.01);血清TCH含量B组与C组水平高于A组和对照组(P<0.01);B组与C组UA及TCH比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血清胆固醇和尿酸升高与T2DM血管病变密切相关,检测二者含量对判断T2DM伴血管病变具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the significance of serum cholesterol (TCH) and uric acid (UA) in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Totally 120 patients with T2DM were divided into three groups according to the patients with or without complications (group A with no complications of T2DM, group B with T2DM with microvascular disease and group C with T2DM with macrovascular disease). Serum cholesterol and uric acid levels, and compared with 100 healthy controls were analyzed. Results The levels of serum UA in group A, B and C were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01). The levels of serum TCH in group B and C were higher than those in group A and C (P <0.01) TCH difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusions The elevated serum cholesterol and uric acid are closely related to T2DM vascular lesions. The detection of these two levels is of great significance for judging T2DM with vascular lesions.
