12月17日、18日,中国领先的人寿保险公司中国人寿保险股份有限公司分别在美国纽约证券交易所(纽约证交所股票代号:LFC)和香港联合交易所(香港联交所股票编号:2628)两地上市。这标志着2003年全球最大的IPO项目尘埃落定,中国人寿保险股份有限公司也因此成为国内第一家在港、美两地同时上市的金融企业。
On December 17 and 18, China Life Insurance Co., Ltd., the leading life insurer in China, entered into an agreement with the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: LFC) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Stock Code: 2628) Both listed. This marked the end of 2003 the world’s largest IPO project settled, China Life Insurance Co., Ltd. has therefore become China’s first in Hong Kong and the United States listed simultaneously financial enterprises.
