模态参数是高速动车组进行车体设计、减振设计时的重要参数与依据。为研究车下设备吊挂刚度和吊挂形式对车体模态参数的影响,以国内某型高速车车体为研究对象,建立其精细化有限元模型。基于有限元分析,分别研究了车下设备分别采用刚性吊挂、弹性吊挂及吊挂梁形式对车体模态参数的影响,阐明了吊挂形式对车体模态频率的影响机理。
Modal parameters of high-speed EMU body design, vibration damping design of the important parameters and basis. In order to study the influence of the undercarriage stiffness and the suspension form on the modal parameters of a car, a refined finite element model of a car on a high-speed car in China was established. Based on the finite element analysis, the influences of the under-vehicle equipment on the modal parameters of rigid body, elastic hanger and hanger beam were studied respectively, and the influence mechanism of hanger form on the body modal frequency was clarified.
