空乘专业是高职院校非常受学生和家长喜欢的专业之一。其高就业率和高收入成为人们羡慕的内容。但是,过分地扩招以及急于求成的布局,导致该专业发展良莠不齐。基于文献法和教学观察法等对空乘专业形象设计教学现状与对策进行了梳理。研究认为,目前高职空乘专业形象设计存在教学缺乏系统性与规范性、教学缺乏专业性与前瞻性、教师教学理念与方法陈旧等现状,针对这些问题提出了通过交流提升空乘专业形象设计教学的系统性与规范性,通过培训提高空乘专业形象设计教学的专业性与前瞻性,通过革新扭转空乘专业形象设计教师陈旧的理念与方法等对策。 The flight attendance profession is one of the professions that are favored by students and parents in higher vocational colleges. Its high employment rate and high income have become the envy of people. However, the excessive enrollment and the eagerness of seeking a better layout have led to a mixed development in the profession. Based on the literature method and teaching observation method, this paper combs the status quo and countermeasures of flight attendants’ professional image design teaching. The research shows that the current image design of flight attendants in vocational colleges is lack of systematic and normative teaching, the lack of professionalism and forward-looking teaching, the obsolete teaching philosophy and methods, and so on. In view of these problems, it is proposed to enhance the teaching of flight attendant professional image design Systematically and normatively, enhance the professionalism and forward-lookingness of flight attendant professional image design and education through training, and reverse the obsolete ideas and methods of flight attendant professional image through innovation.
