酚醛树脂是电碳行业应用最广的有机物之一。 其合理的升温曲线和适宜的热处理温度是固化工艺最关键的环节。固化合理与否将直接影响到产品的性能。 为了求得适合酚醛树脂固化的条件,我们试用红外光谱来探讨酚醛树脂的固化过程,并且力图从本质上认识它。
Phenolic resin is one of the most widely used organics in the carbon industry. The reasonable heating curve and appropriate heat treatment temperature are the most crucial aspects of the curing process. Cured or not will directly affect the performance of the product. In order to find the optimum conditions for the curing of phenolic resin, we tried the infrared spectroscopy to explore the curing process of phenolic resin, and tried to understand it essentially.
