从1958年以来,江苏、陕西、湖南各地相继进行了甲拌磷处理种子防治蚜虫、红蜘蛛等害虫的研究(郑永善等,1963;朱鑫等,1963),防虫效果明显,但对棉株的生育影响研究尚感不足。为此,我们所自1959年开始也进行了此项研究,其防虫效果及其对棉苗的生育影响均有良好的效果(罗英等,1963),为了验证其在生产上较大面积应用后的防虫效果;肯定甲拌磷处理棉种对棉花各生育期及产量的关系,提高改进处理方法,1963年又进行了研究试验及示范工作,现将研究结果提出,以供参考。 一、研究概况及方法 1959—1962年我们在保定、邯郸、唐山等7个地区就甲拌磷处理棉种的用量、持效时间及对棉苗生育影响等方面进行了观察,并在部分地区作了示范试验。1963年进一步在河北省6个专区32个产棉县19万余亩棉田面积上进行了甲拌磷处理棉种的大面积示范,对于药效、对棉花生育和产量的影响也作了进一步观察。

Overview and Methods of Research From 1959 to 1962, we observed the dosage of phorate treatments, the duration of persistence and the effects on the growth of cotton seedlings in seven areas including Baoding, Handan and Tangshan. In 1963, a further large-scale demonstration of phorate treatment of phorate was conducted on an area of more than 190,000 mu of 32 cotton-producing counties in six districts of Hebei Province. The effects on maternal cotton yield and yield were further observed .
