本文选用普通矿粉和超细矿粉进行对比试验,研究了两种矿粉对混凝土强度的影响,并通过电子扫描显微镜、能谱仪和压汞仪探究了两种矿粉掺加后混凝土性能改变的机理。结果表明:掺加超细矿粉试样的56d强度较掺加普通矿粉试样的强度增长了33.9%。掺加超细矿粉的试样,骨料与水泥浆体的结合更紧密,水泥基体孔隙率明显降低,而且优化了孔径分布,这些都更有利于混凝土强度以及耐久性的提高。
In this paper, the ordinary ore powder and ultra-fine mineral powder were selected to conduct comparative experiments. The effects of two kinds of ore powder on the strength of concrete were studied. The properties of concrete after two kinds of slag were investigated by electron scanning microscope, energy dispersive spectrometer and mercury porosimeter Change the mechanism. The results show that the intensity of the 56d intensity of the sample doped with ultrafine slag is 33.9% higher than that of the normal slag mixed with the sample. With the addition of ultra-fine mineral powder samples, aggregate and cement paste combination of more closely, the cement matrix porosity was significantly reduced, and optimize the pore size distribution, which are more conducive to the strength of concrete and durability improvement.
