为了用机器视觉检测技术精确检测微小零件的几何轮廓误差,设计了一套高分辨率非球面双远心物镜。根据检测要求确定系统的光学参数,运用架构分析法对系统进行整体光学初始结构设计。运用 Zemax 光学设计软件对初始结构进行优化,在物镜设计中引入非球面,使结构简化,并有效的平衡系统像差,提高像质。实现了低畸变(最大畸变小于一个像素)、高分辨率(在奈奎斯特频率 90.9lp/mm 处 MTF 值优于 0.7,全视场 400lp/mm 处 MTF 值达到 0.15)和双远心系统的设计要求。
