钒钛磁铁精矿具有低铁、低硅、高钛、高亚铁等特点,以此为主要烧结铁矿原料的烧结矿,容易生成高熔点的矿物,使得烧结矿的强度降低。针对这些难点,德胜烧结工程采取单设燃料破碎、集中配料、强化制粒、新型宽皮带加九辊布料、实施低硅高碱度和厚料层烧结技术;烧结机采用集中智能润滑系统和板簧密封滑道、在烧结机头尾设计柔磁性密封装置来降低漏风率;工程建成投产后,以钒钛磁铁精矿为主要原料的烧结矿强度达到72%以上,烧结工序能耗为49.34kg/t。
The vanadium-titanium magnetite concentrate has the characteristics of low iron, low silicon, high titanium and high ferrous iron. After the project is completed and put into production, the strength of sinter with the vanadium-titanium magnetite concentrate as the main raw material reaches over 72% and the energy consumption of the sintering process is 49.34 kg / t.
