目的探讨文档一体化管理模式在电子病案管理的重要性。方法通过对目前采用传统纸张病案管理方法管理电子病案中存在的问题进行对比分析。结果通过文档一体化管理模式实现真正意义上的电子病案。结论医学文档一体化理念和管理方式,正在我国病案信息建设中推广应用,并将作为我国现代化病案事业建设的主流方向。 Objective To explore the importance of document integrated management in electronic medical record management. Methods By analyzing the existing problems in the electronic medical record management using the traditional paper medical record management method at present. Results through the document integrated management model to achieve the true sense of the electronic medical record. Conclusion The concept of integration of medical documents and management methods are being applied in the construction of medical record information in our country and will serve as the mainstream direction of the construction of medical records in our country.
