根据宁东—山东±660kV直流输电示范工程黄河大跨越铁塔基础连梁及承台大体积混凝土施工特点及难点,重点阐述了在施工技术准备、模板及原材料选择、混凝土制备、基础浇筑、振捣、测温、养护、拆模等各个工序的施工方法及注意事项。结果表明工程质量符合现行规范要求,满足优良级标准。
According to the construction characteristics and difficulties of connecting beams and capped mass concrete of the Yellow River wide-span tower with ± 660kV DC transmission demonstration project in Ningdong-Shandong region, this paper mainly elaborates the construction technical requirements, template and selection of raw materials, concrete preparation, foundation pouring, vibrating, temperature measurement , Maintenance, demolition of the mold and other processes of construction methods and precautions. The results show that the quality of the project complies with the requirements of the current codes and meets the standards of fine quality.
