随城市化进程的加快,城市土地集约利用成为解决城市用地盲目扩张的主要方法,本文利用2012年调兵山市Ikonos 1米分辨率全色影像,分别建立调兵山市居住用地、商业用地、工业用地土地集约利用评价指标体系,采用AHP和综合评价法进行城市土地集约利用评价,评价结果如下:调兵山市居住用地、商业用地、工业用地的粗放利用、适度利用、集约利用、过度利用的评价单元面积分别占总面积的68.02%、17.86%、12.55%、1.57%;64.69%、22.97%、12.34%、0.00%;39.77%、39.22%、21.01%、0.00%。
