根据反射镜式激光陀螺和全反射棱镜式激光陀螺的结构特性,研究了两种激光陀螺的背向散射特性。理论分析了折射率非均匀性与背向散射的函数关系;根据反射镜式激光陀螺多层高反射膜结构和全反射棱镜式激光陀螺棱镜的全反射特性,分别推导了两种激光陀螺的背向散射系数计算方法和公式,并通过数值仿真与实验结果的比较验证了该方法的正确性。研究结果表明影响激光陀螺锁区的主要因素是非均匀损耗,次要因素是折射率的非均匀性。
According to the structural characteristics of the mirror-type laser gyroscope and the total reflection prism-type laser gyroscope, the backscattering characteristics of the two laser gyroscopes are studied. The relationship between the refractive index inhomogeneity and the backscattering is analyzed theoretically. According to the total reflection characteristics of the multi-layer high-reflection film structure of the laser gyroscope and the total reflection prism laser gyro prism, the backs of the two laser gyroscopes are deduced respectively Calculate the scattering coefficient and the formula, and verify the correctness of the method through numerical simulation and experimental results.
