东风_4型机车主机油泵人字齿轮定位销窜出,使主机油泵主动齿轮轴断,机油无压力而造成机破临修事故。1980～1984年先后在我段7台机车上发生过此类故障,其中两台是厂修车,其余为本段架修车。人字齿轮定位销窜出的原因: (1) 定位销与孔的配合为过渡配合,如图1所示。这种配合,销与孔有时有0.006mm的间隙,定位销易松动。为防止定位销窜出,在人字齿轮定位销处采用敛缝工艺,但因定位销孔位于齿根处,受两侧齿面的影响,敛缝面积小,只占孔的1/3,所以,定位销松动后,敛缝处无法防止定位销窜出。
