为掌握多模块构架式空间可展开天线背架的固有振动特性,根据背架的结构特点,基于齐次坐标变换方法,建立了多模块背架的几何模型;运用有限元软件ANSYS建立了天线背架的有限元分析模型,利用子空间法对其进行了模态分析,得到了结构的前10阶固有频率和振型,分析了固有频率的变化规律及振型的特点;研究了结构参数对背架固有频率的影响规律,给出了提高一阶模态的方法.分析结果表明,适当增加上弦杆、下弦杆和斜腹杆的直径,减小拉索的直径可以提高背架的固有频率.该分析方法为天线背架的动力学研究及结构的优化设计提供了理论参考.
In order to grasp the inherent vibration characteristics of the antenna back frame in multi-module frame space, the geometric model of the multi-module back frame is established based on the structural characteristics of the back frame based on the homogeneous coordinate transformation method. An antenna back is established by using the finite element software ANSYS The finite element analysis model of the frame was analyzed by using the subspace method. The first ten natural frequencies and modes of the structure were obtained. The variation of the natural frequency and the characteristics of the modes were analyzed. The influence of natural frequency of back frame was analyzed and the method to improve the first-order mode was given. The analysis results show that increasing the diameter of the upper chord, lower chord and diagonal web and decreasing the diameter of the cable can increase the natural frequency The analysis method provides a theoretical reference for the dynamic research of antenna backboard and the optimal design of the structure.
