报道了新合成的显色剂与铜的显色反应。在 CPB存在下 ,铜与显色剂在 p H6.98的缓冲溶液中形成稳定的 1∶ 2的红色配合物。其最大吸收波长为 547.0 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为 3.74× 1 0 4 ,灵敏度较高 ,选择性较好。铜含量在 0~ 30 μg/ 2 5ml范围内服从比耳定律。
The color reaction of newly synthesized chromogen with copper was reported. In the presence of CPB, copper forms a stable 1: 2 red complex with the chromogenic reagent in a buffer solution of pH6.98. The maximum absorption wavelength is 547.0 nm, the apparent molar absorptivity is 3.74 × 10 4, the sensitivity is high and the selectivity is good. The copper content obeys Beer’s law within the range of 0 ~ 30 μg / 2 5ml.
