目的:优选肠炎颗粒的制备工艺,并考察其醇沉工艺和成型工艺。方法:以干膏质量和盐酸小檗碱质量分数的综合评分为指标,选取提取时间、提取次数及加水量为考察因素,采用正交试验优选肠炎颗粒的提取工艺;单因素试验考察其醇沉工艺;以颗粒成型性、流动性、吸湿性和制粒情况为指标,筛选辅料的种类及配比,确定成型工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为加10倍量水煎煮提取2次,每次1.5 h;醇沉浓度60%;最佳制粒工艺为浸膏-糖粉-糊精1∶2∶1,临界相对湿度61%。结论:优选的肠炎颗粒工艺稳定可行,可应用于其工业化生产。
Objective: To optimize the preparation process of enteritis granule and investigate its alcohol precipitation process and molding process. Methods: Based on the comprehensive score of the mass of dry cream and berberine hydrochloride, the extraction time, the number of extraction and the amount of water were taken as the investigation factors. The orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction process of enteritis granules. The single factor test Technology; particle forming, liquidity, hygroscopicity and granulation as an indicator, screening the types of accessories and ratio, to determine the molding process. Results: The optimal extraction process was extracting twice with boiling water of 10 times, 1.5 h each time, and the alcohol sedimentation concentration was 60%. The optimum granulation process was as follows: extract-sugar powder-dextrin Relative humidity 61%. Conclusion: The preferred enteritis granule technology is stable and feasible, and can be applied to its industrial production.
