1 积极主动、合理地引进人才 当今医疗市场竞争异常激烈,医院要求生存、谋发展就必须依靠人才。为了博采众长,打破“近亲繁殖”,补充学科急需人才,优化学术队伍结构,医院一直十分重视引进人才。 一是积极主动地引进人才。由等人上门转变为四处出击挖掘人才,利用社会关系到医学院校、医院发掘在职人才,通过学校推荐、个人自荐、人才交流会等吸纳优秀毕业生。 二是合理地引进人才,过去引进人才往往是为了解决“燃眉之急”,一味追求“短、平、快”,忽视了人才的预备。而
