8月19日,贵州省委、省政府印发《关于深化省管国有企业负责人薪酬制度改革的意见》。针对当前省管国企负责人薪酬分配中存在的问题,《意见》确定完善薪酬确定机制、合理确定薪酬水平,规范福利性待遇,健全薪酬监督管理机制三个方面的重点任务。
On August 19, Guizhou Provincial Party Committee and Government issued “Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Salary System of Provincial Heads of State-owned Enterprises”. In response to the current problems in the distribution of heads of state-owned enterprises, the “Opinions” set out the key tasks of improving the mechanism of determining pay, rationally determining the level of benefits, standardizing the benefits and improving the remuneration supervision and management mechanism.
