研究了水稻亚种间杂交后代白叶枯病抗性的遗传行为。结果表明,亚种间杂交后代的成株期抗性呈现单个显性或隐性基因控制抗性的遗传,与亚种内杂交基本一致,但在全抗亲本的亚种间杂交后代中,部分植株苗期感病,以后转为抗病。早生爱国3号、中新120、南粳15、辛尼斯的抗病基因分别与IR_(1545-339)和IR_(28)的抗病基因呈独立遗传,IR_(28)的抗病基因与南粳15的抗病基因连锁,其重组率为20.56%。
The genetic behavior of bacterial blight resistance in the offspring of rice subspecies was studied. The results showed that the interspecific hybrid progeny showed a single dominant or recessive genetic control of resistance inheritance, and the subspecies hybrid basically the same, but in all anti-offspring of the offspring hybrids, part of Seedling susceptible plants, later converted to disease resistance. The resistance genes of early Aigo 3, Zhongxin 120, Nanjing 15 and Sinis were independently inherited from those of IR_ (1545-339) and IR_ (28). The resistance genes of IR_ (28) Japonica 15 disease resistance gene chain, the recombination rate was 20.56%.
