目的探讨盐酸氨溴索糖浆治疗慢性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法选取2014年福州市第二医院收治的慢性支气管炎患者127例,随机分为试验组62例与对照组65例。对照组患者予以基础治疗,试验组患者在对照组基础上予以盐酸氨溴索糖浆治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后慢性支气管炎相关症状(咳嗽、咳痰、气喘)评分、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后血清炎性因子〔白介素-4(IL-4)、白介素-5(IL-5)、白介素-8(IL-8)、白介素-10(IL-10)〕水平。结果试验组患者总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者咳嗽、咳痰、气喘评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后试验组患者咳嗽、咳痰、气喘评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前两组患者血清IL-4、IL-5、IL-8、IL-10水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后试验组患者血清IL-4、IL-5、IL-8水平低于对照组,血清IL-10水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸氨溴索糖浆治疗慢性支气管炎的临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者的症状及体征,且不良反应少。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic bronchitis. Methods A total of 127 chronic bronchitis patients admitted to Fuzhou Second Hospital in 2014 were randomly divided into experimental group (62 cases) and control group (65 cases). Patients in the control group were given basic treatment. Patients in the test group were treated with ambroxol hydrochloride syrup on the basis of the control group. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P> 0.05) There was no significant difference in serum IL-4, IL-5, IL-8 and IL-10 levels between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride syrup treatment of chronic bronchitis significant clinical effect, which can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of patients with little adverse reactions.
