随着汽车行业的快速发展,汽车销量有了爆炸式的增长。但是在行业发展的同时,作为汽车产业薄弱环节的汽车营销行业,也凸显出很多问题,这些问题已经成为制约汽车产业发展的瓶颈。分析西方发达国家汽车产业的发展史,我们不难发现,要想推动汽车销量的增长,就要做好服务营销,我国汽车业正在进入服务营销时代。本文主要分析了当前汽车服务营销中的若干问题,并有针对性地提出了解决的对策。
With the rapid development of automobile industry, car sales have exploded. However, while the development of the industry, as the weak link in the automobile industry, the automobile marketing industry also highlights many problems that have become the bottleneck restricting the development of the automobile industry. Analysis of the history of the development of the automobile industry in Western developed countries, we can easily find that in order to promote the growth of car sales, we must do a good job in service marketing, China’s auto industry is entering service marketing era. This article mainly analyzes some problems in the current automobile service marketing and puts forward the countermeasures in a targeted way.
