新疆部分部队女军人低血压患病情况及体型状况调查

目的了解新疆部队女军人低血压患病情况及体型状况,为保障女军人身体健康提供参考依据。方法对新疆部分部队1610名女军人进行低血压普查,测量其身高和体质量,计算体质指数(BMI)和体型状况指标,比较低血压女军人与血压正常女军人BMI和体型状况达标率。结果本组1610名女军人中,患低血压152例,患病率9.4%;低血压女军人平均BMI为(20.4±1.6),明显低于血压正常女军人(22.1±2.6,P<0.01);低血压女军人体型达标率(62.5%)明显低于血压正常女军人(96.7%,P<0.01)。结论新疆部分部队女军人低血压患病率较高,体质普遍瘦弱,体型状况达标率较低,影响部队战斗力,应加以干预。 Objective To understand the prevalence and body shape of hypotension among female soldiers in Xinjiang Army and to provide reference for the protection of female soldiers’ health. Methods A total of 1,610 female soldiers in some units in Xinjiang were surveyed for their hypotension and body weight. Body mass index (BMI) and body shape index were calculated. BMI and body shape compliance rate were compared between female and normal blood pressure women. Results The average prevalence of hypotension among the 1610 female soldiers was 152, with a prevalence of 9.4%. The mean BMI of female soldiers with hypotension was (20.4 ± 1.6), significantly lower than that of the normal female volunteers (22.1 ± 2.6, P <0.01) (62.5%) of female soldiers with hypotension were significantly lower than those of normal female soldiers (96.7%, P <0.01). Conclusions The prevalence of hypotension among the army members in some units in Xinjiang is relatively high, their physique is generally emaciated, body shape compliance rate is low, and their combat effectiveness is affected. Intervention should be made.
