以从兰科植物分离出的内生真菌与大花蕙兰接种,均能形成菌根,其中GC941和GC945两种菌只侵染根的表皮细胞,在细胞内呈菌丝结结构,而GC943菌在侵染前期同前两种真菌,后期菌丝可部分侵染皮层细胞,并呈疏松的分枝状结构。3种内生真菌可使幼苗茎叶干重比增施矿质营养但不接种真菌的处理(CK2)提高173.2%~250.1%,并对植株吸收N、P、K养分有促进作用,其中GC945菌使幼苗吸收N和K的量比CK2处理分别提高了175.7%和97.5%;GC943菌使植株对P的吸收量比CK2处理提高了7倍。此结果可为研制兰花专用基质提供参考。

The three kinds of endophytic fungi could increase the dry weight of stems and leaves of seedlings by 173.2% ~ 250.1% compared with the treatments of increasing mineral nutrition but not inoculation fungi (CK2), and promoted the absorption of N, P and K nutrients , In which GC945 bacteria increased the amount of N and K absorbed by seedlings by 175.7% and 97.5%, respectively, compared with CK2 treatment. GC943 increased the P uptake by plants by 7 times than CK2 treatment. This result can provide a reference for the development of orchid matrix.
