肿瘤靶向基因治疗是使目的基因靶向导入特定的组织细胞或在特定的组织细胞中靶向表达，从而准确地杀伤肿瘤细胞，保护正常细胞，减少毒副作用。本文从外源性目的基因转移的靶向性和表达的组织细胞特异性两方面，就近年来肿瘤靶向基因治疗的发展作了综述和评价，提出将靶向基因转移与靶向基因表达结合起来的新型基因转移系统的先进性。
The tumor-targeted gene therapy aims to target genes that are specifically introduced into specific tissue cells or targeted expression in specific tissue cells so as to accurately kill tumor cells, protect normal cells, and reduce toxic and side effects. This article reviewed and evaluated the development of tumor-targeted gene therapy in recent years from the aspects of the targeting of exogenous target gene transfer and the specificity of expressed tissue cells, and proposed the combination of targeted gene transfer and targeted gene expression.
