目的了解绵阳市城区地震后家蝇对常用杀虫剂的敏感性,为杀虫剂的合理使用提供科学依据。方法按照《全国重要病媒生物抗药性监测(试行)方案》,采用点滴法进行测定。结果绵阳市城区家蝇对主要化学杀虫剂的半数致死量(LD50)值分别为:敌敌畏0.343 ug/只、高效氯氰菊酯0.221 ug/只、溴氰菊酯0.165 ug/只;抗性系数分别为:敌敌畏68.6、高效氯氰菊酯11.05、溴氰菊酯23.57。结论绵阳市城区家蝇对主要化学杀虫剂敌敌畏、高效氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯均产生不同程度的抗性。抗性调查的结果为指导合理使用卫生杀虫剂、延缓家蝇抗药性的增强提供了科学依据。
Objective To understand the susceptibility of house flies to commonly used insecticides after the earthquake in Mianyang City and provide a scientific basis for the rational use of insecticides. Methods According to the “National Important Vector Bio-drug Resistance Surveillance (Trial) Program”, using the drop method for determination. Results The median lethal dose (LD50) of housefly to major chemical insecticides in urban area of Mianyang were 0.343 μg / L for dichlorvos, 0.221 μg / L for alpha-cypermethrin and 0.165 μg / delta for deltamethrin respectively. The resistance coefficients were : Dichlorvos 68.6, beta-cypermethrin 11.05, deltamethrin 23.57. Conclusion Housefly in urban area of Mianyang had different levels of resistance to dichlorvos, beta-cypermethrin and deltamethrin. The results of the resistance survey provide a scientific basis for guiding the rational use of sanitation insecticides and for slowing the increase of housefly resistance.
