通对西南林业大学经济管理学院学生进行分层抽样调查,分析其学习情况、培养方案、教学管理等方面。结论为学习动力不足,影响教育质量的提升;人才培养模式改革滞后,不能满足创新型人才培养需求;实践教学形式大于实质,学生实际操作能力弱;需确实抓好学风和教风建设。建设为设大类专业允许竞争性选择专业;积极探索创新型人才培养模式;确实增强实践教学的实效性;引导学习兴趣,健全教学管理制度,倡导优良学风教风。
Through the stratified sampling survey to the students from Southwest Forestry University, the author analyzes the learning situation, training plan, teaching management and so on. The conclusion is that lack of motivation can affect the quality of education; the reform of personnel training mode lags behind and can not meet the needs of training innovative talents; the practical teaching forms are greater than the essence and the students’ practical ability is weak; Construction for the establishment of a large class of professionals to allow competitive choice of professional; actively explore innovative personnel training mode; does enhance practical teaching effectiveness; guide the study of interest, improve the teaching management system, promote good style of teaching.
