目的编制适合我国航线飞行员的工作满意度问卷。方法依据文献资料与访谈结果,采用德尔菲法确定了航线飞行员工作满意度理论构想维度。基于理论维度、文献与专家意见编制航线飞行员工作满意度问卷,对602名航线飞行员施测并检验问卷信效度。结果航线飞行员工作满意度包含4个维度。问卷总体的Cronbach’sα系数为0.743,各维度与总体的相关在0.394~0.696之间(P<0.01),重测相关系数均在0.468以上(P<0.01),问卷与明尼苏达工作满意度短式量表得分相关系数为0.384(P<0.05),验证性因素分析结果达到要求,问卷各项信效度指标达到心理测量学要求。结论该问卷可以作为航线飞行员工作满意度的评定工具。
Objective To prepare a questionnaire for job satisfaction of route pilots in our country. Methods Based on the literature and interviews, Delphi method was used to determine the theoretical conception of airline pilots’ job satisfaction. Based on theoretical dimensions, literature and expert opinions, a questionnaire on the job satisfaction of route pilots was compiled and the validity and reliability of the questionnaire were tested and verified on 602 route pilots. Results Flight pilots job satisfaction includes 4 dimensions. The overall Cronbach’s α coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.743, the correlation between each dimension and the overall population was between 0.394 and 0.696 (P <0.01), and the correlation coefficients of all the tests were all above 0.468 (P <0.01). The questionnaire and Minnesota’s job satisfaction short version The correlation coefficient of scale score was 0.384 (P <0.05), and the result of confirmatory factor analysis reached the requirement. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire reached the requirements of psychometrics. Conclusion This questionnaire can be used as a tool to assess the airline pilots’ job satisfaction.
