分布式电源接入配电网后对供电可靠性、电压分布、网损均产生一定影响,传统馈线规划方法无法适用,需结合关键影响要素研究馈线优化规划原则及方法.以电压、短路电流不越限为约束条件,研究馈线及变电站最大接入能力;基于效益成本分析,研究不同比例分布式电源接入情况下馈线的最优分段;最后以网损最小为约束条件,分析分段内配变容量与分布式电源容量的匹配关系,并总结出一般性的规划原则,为技术人员提供重要的决策依据.“,”Distributed generation(DG)will have an impact on power supply reliability,voltage distribution and network loss after connecting to distribution network. Obviously,the traditional feeder planning method cannot be applied to that case,so the principle and method of feeder optimization planning should be studied combined with key affecting element . The paper carries out the research on the maximum penetration level of the feeder and substation with the constraints of voltage and short-circuit current ,as well as the optimal feeder subsection with different DG access based on benefit cost analysis. Furthermore,taking the minimum network loss as the constraint,the paper analyzes the matching relationship between the distribution capacity and DG capacity in a subsection,and summarizes the general planning principles.
